Our AI ChatBot is not a plug-and-play solution. We do not believe that one AI setup can meet the needs of every store. In fact, we have seen many AI projects fail across the industry because of this one-size-fits-all approach.
We take the time to understand your store and customize the AI backend around your specific requirements. This process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
As part of this setup, we review your products and store policies, apply relevant product tags, test different customer scenarios, refine and customize answers, and shape a specific AI agent personality that aligns with your brand and business needs.
To cover the cost of this setup and customization work, we charge a minimum setup fee of $500.
We do not offer a free plan because our AI ChatBot is not a plug-and-play tool.

Yes, integration for two Apps are included in all plans. Apps must provide either the data API or data files. We charge $100 one time set-up fee for each additional apps.
Simple CRM update is treated as an app integration and included in the plan. However, WhatsApp will be treated as a new communication channel, and a plan should be purchased for that.
